Daw Le Le Win has been an integral part of the SPA and FMI Group of Companies since 1993, bringing a wealth of experience in hospitality and management. Over her 31-year tenure, she initially managed a small-scale enterprise comprising a 25-rooms hotel, restaurant, and tour agency for seven years. In 2000, she became the General Manager of Grand Meeyahtar Executive Residence, where she served for six years, while also overseeing FMI Center for an additional six years. From 2012, she managed FMI City for seven years.

Currently, as Chief Advisor at Pun Hlaing Estate, she provides strategic guidance and has been instrumental in staff training, particularly in customer service.

Holding an MSc degree, Daw Le Le Win’s career began as a hotelier and Front office Instructor, culminating in an impressive 40 years of service marked by exceptional expertise and leadership.

Daw Khin Yemon Win joined Yoma Group in July 2023 as a Finance Manager at StarCity. She was promoted to Division Finance Manager of Yoma Land in 2017 and later served as Financial Controller of Yoma Motors until June 2022. Currently, she is the Head of Finance at Yoma Group, where she oversees the Group’s financial operations, including accounting & financial reporting, taxation, budgeting & planning, and corporate finance.

Kimy brings over 20 years of experience in the Finance and accounting, with significant exposure to the Oil & Gas, IT Services, Real Estate and Automotive industries in Singapore and Myanmar. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of London and is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and a member of CPA Australia.

Daw Thinn Thandar Shwe joined Yoma Group in 1996 and brings 19 years of experience within the Yoma Group, spanning finance, banking, and human resources. After demonstrating exceptional leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic, she was promoted to Group Head of Human Resources.

In her current role, she oversees the HR strategy, operations and administration, including Group policies, talent management and compliance, driving initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and organizational culture.

Daw Thinn Thandar Shwe is also part of the leadership team for Yoma Land at Pun Hlaing Estate and StarCity. She holds a a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Yangon and went to pursue ACCA qualifications from Singapore.

Mr. Goh Boon Leong has been with Yoma Group Real Estate since June 2017, contributing significantly to the Group’s major projects. He has been the General Manager of the Yoma Central Project since 2021 and is a key member of the Management Team in StarCity and City Loft West, serving since 2020 and 2021, respectively.

Mr. Goh brings over 28 years of international experience, with more than 15 years spent in Myanmar.

He holds a Double Major in Accounting and Management from the Deakin University, Australia, earned in 1996. Mr. Goh was also an Associate Member of Australia Society of CPAs from 1996 until 2019. Prior to joining the Group, he held leadership positions as Country Heads in Myanmar and Nigeria within the insecticide and food industries.

Daw Nang Hseng Sandar has been with Yoma Group since 2015, playing a pivotal role in Yoma Land’s Investment and Business Development section. Currently, she serves as the Corporate Finance Manager, contributing to the management of StarCity, one of Yoma Land’s prestigious residential developments in Yangon, Myanmar. Her key responsibilities include Treasury, Investment Analysis, and Financial Modeling.

Kate holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Alcala and a Bachelor of Arts, Business and Finance from the Coventry University.

Daw Nwe Nwe Tun joined Yoma Group in 2015 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Project Director in 2017 after quickly demonstrating her exceptional leadership skills. In her current role, she oversees the development of significant project StarCity, City Loft West and Yoma Central, all pivotal to the company’s portfolio and Myanmar’s urban landscape.

She has a robust background in construction and engineering, with a decade of experience in mixed-use development and high-rise projects. Her extensive experience prior to joining Yoma Group equipped her with a deep understanding of project dynamics, stakeholder management, and the intricacies of successfully delivering large-scale projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Mandalay Technological University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Additionally, she has obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Geneva Business School.

Daw May Nyo Zaw joined Yoma Group in January 2016 as Marketing Manager and has since risen through the ranks to become the Director of Marketing in 2021 and Director of Leasing in 2024. She plays a crucial role in leading marketing efforts for the entire real estate portfolio and has been instrumental in the rebranding of Pun Hlaing Estate and StarCity, establishing Yoma Land as the premier developer in Myanmar.

Miki’s prior experience includes 11 years in Singapore, specializing in Marketing, Advertising, and Branding across diverse industries, focusing on brand architecture, investor relations, and commercial communications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Business Innovation and Sustainability. In addition to leading the Marketing team, Miki also leads the Leasing team in all Real estate products of Yoma Land. The leasing team under Miki take cares of all Residential, Commercial and Land leases in all Estates. Her job scope includes coming up with Leasing strategy in line with the changing macro and micro economic and political environments and handling the day to day operation of the leasing team which includes Property Management services, Sales services and Repair and Maintenance services.

Daw Tin Winn Nge has been with the Group since 2002 and was appointed Head of Pun Hlaing Estate Management in July 2002, overseeing the estate’s operational functions. Her career within the Group includes extensive experience in sales and marketing, hotel management and real estate management.

Daw Tin Winn Nge holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Yangon University and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Pennsylvania School in the United States.

Than Htut Naing joined Yoma Group in February 1997, initially contributing to various real estate projects including FMI City, Pun Hlaing Estate, Star City, City Loft West and Padauk Garden. Over the years, he has held several key positions within the projects, culminating in his appointment as Project Director in May 2018, where he oversees Utilities & Infrastructure development works. Since December 2020, he has also been a member of the Management of Yoma Land.

Than Htut Naing holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power) from Yangon Institute of Technology (1996) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire (2018). Additionally, he has been a Professional Engineer of Myanmar Engineering Council since 2014.

U Thiha Aung has been with the Yoma Group since 2013, bringing extensive experience in hospitality and property management. He started his journey with the Group in roles that included asset management and estate management, where he was responsible for customer service and strategic property management.

U Thiha Aung holds a Master of Business Administration from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia.
